How do I use your website?
A user name and password are required to log into our website, if you do not have one you can request one here . Once logged in you may view our art by category using the menu on the left. You will also be able to download low resolution JPEGS or create a PDF by adding the art you are interested in to a collection basket on the right. If you have any questions at all please call us, 203-501-0160. We are happy to help.
Do you offer Print on demand?
Yes, we offer print on demand for all sizes up to 12×18. Our most popular sizes are 12×12, 12×16 & 6×18. All print on demand art is on #80 cover stock with a satin finish. A.D. Lines offers larger size art printed on a wide format Giclee printer on enhanced matte paper. Un-stretched canvas is also available upon request.

Do you print in China?
Yes, we partner with a printer in China. There are MOQs per image. Please call or e-mail for further details.
Are there Minimum Orders?
For wholesale orders there is a $50.00 minimum. If your order falls below our $50 minimum (YOU CAN EITHER PAY A $15 SURCHARGE), or you may contact Fulcrum Gallery, POD Exchange or Art.com to fulfill your order.
What are your Payment Terms?
First order must be paid by credit card. You may, in the meantime, complete a credit application. Upon receipt of credit references and credit approval, we will offer you Net 30 day terms, initially. Please contact us for an application. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and C.O.D. for all orders.

How are products shipped?
If you provide an account with UPS, FEDEX or DHL we can ship via your preferred carrier and method. Otherwise U.S. orders are shipped via UPS ground. Orders over 200 lbs. are shipped by truck – freight collect. We do not have our own carrier.
Do you support foreign customer accounts?
Yes, if you order directly from A.D. Lines we require payment be made in advance for orders originating outside the United States. Acceptable methods of payment are by credit card or wire transfer in US dollars. The same minimum order applies to foreign transactions. Please call or e-mail for pricing.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns without authorization. Do not accept packages that appear damaged. If a box is accepted that has visible damages, the box must be held for inspection by the carrier in order for insurance damages to be paid. All shipments are insured. All claims for damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.
ARTIST SUBMISSIONS
A.D. Lines images are fashion driven to meet the demands of today’s current design and color trends. We welcome submissions from artists and photographers who are looking to have their artwork published. To have your artwork considered please tell us about yourself and submit an example or two of your work in JPEG format. Artist or photographers whom we contract should be open for direction and always follow current color and design trends.
